研究简介
在分子、细胞、模式动物和临床等多层次上,从事细胞信号转导、肿瘤发生发展机制、肿瘤细胞耐药机制、天然药物药理作用等方面的研究。
(1)以Notch信号转导通路为核心,探索乳腺癌、胰腺癌和前列腺癌等多种肿瘤发生、发展的分子机制,确定关键靶标分子,寻找有效诊断与治疗肿瘤的方法。
(2)天然药物有效成分的分离与提取及其药理作用的研究。
