郑伟,特聘副教授,遗传学博士,博士生/硕士生导师,生命科学学院研究生主任,中信湘雅遗传资源库主任。湖南省杰出青年科学基金获得者,湖湘青年英才支持计划入选者。
主要研究方向
郑伟博士课题组立足于我国育龄夫妇不孕不育率持续上升的公共卫生背景,着眼于辅助生殖技术应用中早期胚胎发育停滞频发的临床瓶颈问题。团队运用高通量测序技术,结合生物信息学分析,系统筛选潜在的致病基因/变异,借助细胞/小鼠模型深入解析其致病机制,致力于研发安全有效的干预手段,为不孕不育的精准诊疗提供科学支撑。主要研究方向包括:1、植入前胚胎发育停滞的遗传病因解析;2、植入前胚胎质量的无创预警模型构建。
课题组先后承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年项目,中国博士后科学基金特别资助与面上项目,以及湖南省与长沙市自然科学基金等科研项目10余项;以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在 Nature Medicine,The American Journal of Human Genetics(2篇),Nature communications(2篇),EMBO Molecular Medicine(2篇)及Human Reproduction 等国际生殖及遗传领域权威杂志发表 SCI论文 30 余篇。
