韩旭 男，博士，特聘教授。2012 年至2017年在中南大学生命科学学院攻读博士学位。2017 年至 2025 年在美国西北大学Feinberg医学院病理系做博士后研究；2025 年以特聘教授身份加入中南大学生命科学学院。

主要研究方向：

韩旭博士实验室的研究方向是红细胞发育调控与相关疾病，从细胞内信号通路和细胞间相互作用（微环境）两个角度解析红细胞发育和相关疾病的发生机理，发现新的治疗靶点并开发新的治疗策略。具体方向包括：[1] 运用空间转录组、疾病动物模型等手段解析骨髓增殖性肿瘤（Myeloproliferative neoplasms, MPN）发生发展过程中细胞间相互作用的改变，鉴定新的治疗靶标（尤其膜表面分子）并开发新的治疗药物；[2] 通过生信分析、结构对接辅助药物筛选开发治疗炎症性贫血、骨髓纤维化等恶性血液病的药物，为临床病人提供更多选择；[3] 利用分子生物学、细胞生物学及生物化学等手段，深入研究正常红细胞发育调控机制（尤其聚焦于早期红系祖细胞剧烈增殖和晚期红细胞脱核过程），探索体外大量生成红细胞用于输血治疗的策略。

韩旭博士目前共计发表文章26篇，其中以第一/通讯作者在 Blood、The Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nucleic Acids Research 等杂志发表文章11篇。授权中国发明专利1项。获得湖南省芙蓉计划高层次人才引进青年项目（2024）、湖南省优博、美国血液学协会（ASH）会议摘要成就奖（2020、2023、2024）、美国心脏协会博士后奖、美国西北大学博士后旅行奖等荣誉。
