个人简历

陈超,中南大学生命科学学院研究员,博士生导师, 硕士生导师, 副院长。国自然优秀青年基金获得者;入选湖南省创新领军人才、湖湘高层次人才聚集工程创新团队。湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象。中国遗传学会青年委员会委员、中华医学会医学遗传学分会生物信息学组副组长、湖南省生物信息学会副理事长、湖南省遗传学会常务理事、湖南省神经科学学会理事等职务。

陈超研究员于2011获复旦大学理学博士学位,在美国芝加哥大学和伊利诺利大学从事5年的精神遗传与生物信息学研究。研究着重于:1、基于人脑组织的基因表达调控及在神经精神疾病中的作用,2、多组学相关的生物信息学研究,3、人脑类器官模型开发及在神经精神疾病中的应用。主要工作发表在ScienceScience Translational Medicine2篇)、Molecular Psychiatry7篇)、Bioinformatics等杂志,累计他引超3000次。研究工作先后获得美国人类遗传学会Charles J. Epstein 奖(20172018),世界精神遗传学会Hugh Gurling奖(20162020)。


担任Genes期刊客座主编,Frontier in Aging NeuroscienceJPBS等期刊编委,Genome BiologyMolecular PsychiatryJournal of Neuroscience等期刊特邀审稿人。主持国自然优秀青年基金、面上项目等10余项基金,作为研究骨干参与科技部重大研发专项1项,累计进账经费超1000万元。出版专著3本,获批专利2项。

课题组拥有教授2人,讲师/博士后4人。学术自由,科研气氛浓厚。团队年龄结构合理,朝气蓬勃。国际合作广泛,课题组大力支持学生出国参加国际知名学术会议做报告,并且多人获奖。已毕业同学远赴哈佛大学、MIT、芝加哥大学、UCSD等学校继续深造,数人已取得教职。目前招收生物医学信息学和遗传学专业的博士生和硕士生,期待具备好奇心、恒心、耐心、细心的优秀学子报考。
